Hebei Yanshan Dianli Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. is located at Industrial Zone, Yanshan County, Hebei Province and we are near to Tianjin Port. Set up in 1975, our company is a professional manufacturer of steel pipe fittings in China, and an appointed enterprise by State Power Company, PetroChina and Sinopec.
Our main products are pipe fittings and flanges including elbows, tees, reducers, and caps, especially anti-grinding pipe fittings with plastic liners which are made of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials according to customers' needs. Our company has reached the requirements of American Petroleum Institute API QMS, API 6H certificate and ISO9001 quality system authentication, and enjoys the qualification for independent import and export.
Our products are not only sold to domestic large-scale enterprises of oil, electricity, chemical, light industry, metallurgy, ship building, construction and other industries but also exported to the United States, Italy, India, Thailand, Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia, Singapore and other countries and regions. We have also supplied high quality products for several export projects, such as Kenya Expanding Capacity Project, Kazakhstan Gas-Project, and more.
Our company holds strong production and processing capacity. We have over 130 sets of high, middle and low-pressure pipe fitting production equipment, including large pushing machine for P91 and P22 high-pressure seamless elbows and stainless steel elbows, 360 cubic meters large natural gas heat treatment furnace, 3000 tons hydraulic machine and others. Our production capacity is 28,000 tons per year. There are 486 staff members in our company, and 92 of them are professional and technical personnel. Moreover, our company is equipped with sophisticated testing equipment and a complete testing system which includes advanced testing equipment, such as X-ray detector, ultrasonic wave detector, hydrostatic tester, tension tester, metallurgical analyzer and physical & chemical lab.
